Ottoway Community Hall is a roomy, flexible venue that’s got everything you need – a raised stage, easy access to a kitchen, plus activity rooms and meeting spaces. Whether you’re planning a one-off event or looking for a regular spot to run an activity, this place has you covered.
We do not accept bookings within 2 weeks of the booking start date.
Bond: a $550.00 bond is required for the following event types:

Rules
Council does not allow decorations, photos or posters to be taped, glued, blue-tacked or nailed to the walls or ceilings in any facility.
You must not exceed the capacity limit set for the space.
Additional cleaning, damage costs and after-hours call-out fees (where you are at fault) will be deducted from the bond.
Please ensure you have read the full “conditions of hire – facilities” document to understand your requirements as a hirer.
You’re responsible for setting up and packing up the venue – make sure your booking time includes both. When you're done, all furniture and equipment need to go back where you found it.
Keep the place clean and tidy and leave it as you found it. Wipe down all surfaces – tables, benches, everything. Some cleaning materials will be provided.
Dispose of any rubbish in the on-site bins and take any extra rubbish with you.
Smoking is not allowed indoors or within 10 metres of the entrance.
No pets or animals allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made.
All electrical equipment brought on site will need to be tested and tagged.
