Please collect the Sound Studio key from the library front desk upon your arrival. The Parks Sound Studio can only be used by persons over 16.
Library staff offer periodic training sessions on how to use the recording equipment, bookings can be made here

Rules
To ensure that everyone enjoys their time with us, and to ensure all hires run smoothly, we have established some space rules. These are designed to maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests. By adhering to these space rules, we can all ensure that your hire is a success and that future guests can also enjoy our facilities.
Users must use the equipment in the Sound Studio only. While using the Sound Studio, users mustn’t ask Makerspace users for advice or information on Makerspace equipment. The Makerspace requires a separate induction.
Users agree that the Sound Studio is for creating digital media content. The room should not be used for general computer use.
Users agree that the City of PAE is not responsible for any digital media created and that users must bring their own USB/storage device as the computer is wiped after each session.
Users agree to leave all equipment in the same condition upon arrival and will immediately notify staff if any equipment is unusable or damaged.

Additional details
There are a limited number of parking spaces around the library. Parking is also available in the Medical Centre and YMCA car parks close to the library.
