Beefacres Community Hall is a fantastic spot for all sorts of events, with room for up to 100 people. Whether you’re putting on a performance, hosting a presentation, running a fundraiser, or tying the knot, this space has you covered. The hall comes with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for catering if you need it. From intimate gatherings to larger celebrations, the flexible layout and modern facilities make sure everything runs smoothly.
Surrounded by trees on the beautiful Beefacres Reserve with plenty of parking, Beefacres Community Hall is a welcoming and practical space for all kinds of get-togethers. It’s the perfect place to bring people together, no matter the occasion.

Rules
Council does not allow decorations, photos or posters to be taped, glued, blue-tacked or nailed to the walls or ceilings in any facility.
You must not exceed the capacity limit set for the space.
Additional cleaning, damage costs and after-hours call-out fees (where you are at fault) will be deducted from the bond.
Please ensure you have read the full “conditions of hire – facilities” document to understand your requirements as a hirer.
You’re responsible for setting up and packing up the venue – make sure your booking time includes both. When you're done, all furniture and equipment need to go back where you found it.
Keep the place clean and tidy and leave it as you found it. Wipe down all surfaces – tables, benches, everything. Some cleaning materials will be provided.
Dispose of any rubbish in the on-site bins and take any extra rubbish with you.
Smoking is not allowed indoors or within 10 metres of the entrance.
No pets or animals allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made.
All electrical equipment brought on site will need to be tested and tagged.
Common areas such as foyers and passageways are to always remain clear. Hirers are not to set up tables, chairs or block these areas, as they provide clear access and exit for emergencies.
