I'm writing to provide feedback regarding my recent booking at Burragah Recreation Centre on 27th of October 2024. My booking was schedule for 7.15 AM, but unfortunately I did not receive a pin number before hand which caused a delay in accessing the facility. Despite my efforts to contact the center for assistance I was unable to obtain the PIN. Fortunately, a council staff member who was onsite for garbage collection was help me open the door, allowing the program to begin. However this occurred at around 8.00 AM, which was nearly 45 minutes after the scheduled start time. While I appreciate the assistance provided by the council staff, the delay caused quite a bit of frustration and disrupted the morning plans. I kindly request that the process for issuing access PINs be reviewed to avoid similar situations in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Hi Iroshani, when you collected the keys the day prior to your hire, the pin code was written on the key collection acknowledgement form you signed. We are sorry for the misunderstanding. Regards Tim

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience at the Burragah Recreation Centre. The issues I encountered are as follows: 1-I was informed that I would receive a 4-digit code for access, but it was not provided. I had to contact the after-hours number for assistance. However, when I arrived at the venue, an event was already in progress, allowing us to enter. 2-The tables from the function room were moved by the people participating in the event to the sports stadium. I am puzzled as to how these individuals gained access to the function room especially when i had booked the function room from 12:00-17:00 and it was locked. 3-The food stalls were drawing power from the function room, and their electrical cables were connected inside the room, posing a potential risk to children. 4-An electrical cable was connected inside the kitchen, which is another safety concern. How they gained access to the kitchen when the key was with me, and it was our booking time? I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience. This experience was quite unsettling and far from satisfactory.
