Hiring this space provides access to a kitchen (inc. urn, microwave, oven, cooktop and fridge), 65 chairs and 14 trestles making catering a breeze. This room is also used for short mat bowling, martial arts, dance, fitness, yoga classes and community groups.

Rules

Please allow 2 business days notice for approval time and booking administration. Bookings submitted with less notice may not be approved.
15 minutes bump in and bump out time is allowed with all bookings.
You are responsible for setting up and packing up the venue. All furniture and equipment must be returned to its original location.
The venue is to be kept clean and tidy at all times and left in the original condition it was presented.
Floors must be swept and mopped (equipment supplied). All surfaces including tables and benches must be wiped down. Please bring your own cleaning products.
All rubbish and waste must be disposed of and removed from the venue at the completion of the hire.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.
Smoking is not allowed inside or within 10 metres of the entrance to the venue.
Decorations are allowed but helium balloons must be weighted. Smoke machines are not allowed in the venue.
