It is also conveniently located adjacent to the local shopping centre, public transport and ample free parking.

Only furniture in the room is able to be used. No furniture is to be taken from elsewhere.
All tables must be cleaned after use.
All kitchen surfaces must be wiped down, any used dishes cleaned and packed away.
Rubbish may be put in the bins provided. Any excess rubbish must be taken offsite (not left near public rubbish bins).
