Sports Stadium: Burragah Recreation Centre

For all hire applications, please allow 2 business days notice for approval and administration. Bookings submitted with less notice may not be approved in time.

15 minutes bump in and bump out time is allowed with all bookings.

You are responsible for setting up and packing up the venue. All furniture and equipment must be returned to its original location.

The venue is to be kept clean and tidy at all times and left in the original condition it was presented.

Any spills in the stadium must be mopped and cleaned (equipment supplied). All surfaces including tables, score bench and seating must be wiped down. Please bring your own cleaning products.

All rubbish and waste must be disposed of and removed from the venue at the completion of the hire.

Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.

Smoking is not allowed inside or within 10 metres of the entrance to the venue.

Decorations are allowed but helium balloons must be weighted. Smoke machines are not allowed in the venue.

Junior sport training groups must not enter building without a coach, parent or guardian present at the start of the nominated hire time.

Jumping castle are allowed but must be supported by Public Liability Insurance certificate.
