About this space

Centrally located on Namur Street in North Perth, Woodville Reserve Pavilion is a community facility situated in Woodville Reserve, making it perfect for sporting events, kids’ birthday parties and more.

Woodville Reserve Pavilion includes an air-conditioned, indoor function space that caters to a max capacity of 50 people, with internal toilets, large changerooms and a kitchenette complete with oven, stovetop, microwave, urn and fridge. The space also includes a smaller undercover outdoor area which overlooks the Woodville Reserve and playground. Restrooms are located within the main function space.

The space includes approximately 9 trestle tables and 20 chairs available for use. No other items supplied including but not limited to cutlery, crockery, cleaning, cooking items and utensils.

Woodville Reserve is a fully-fenced, dog-friendly space featuring a large sportsground, barbecue and a playground. Hirers are free to use these facilities, however they are not included in the hire of Woodville Reserve Pavilion and may be used by the public. Woodville Reserve is available for separate hire if you wish to utilise both spaces.

Accessibility: Unfortunately, Woodville Reserve Pavilion is not an accessible venue. Entry is via a small set of stairs and there are no accessible toilets on site.

Rules

Read and understand the terms and conditions before booking for detailed information on the rules
Keys can be collected from Beatty Park Leisure Centre one business day before the booking during business hours. Keys must be returned within one business day after the booking. Photo ID is required. The hirer is responsible for collecting the keys during business hours. No refunds for failure to collect on time. If someone else is collecting the keys, a written request must be submitted to the bookings team in advance
Bookings must include setup and pack-down time
Bring your own cleaning supplies. Leave the facility clean and tidy, including mopping, wiping surfaces and removing all rubbish and personal item
Do not use drawing pins, nails, screws, adhesive tape, or blue tack for decorations. Helium balloons are not allowed.
Noise must stop by 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 9:00 PM Sunday to Thursday. Noise must stay within the facility. Noise complaints will result in a breach of terms and a penalty fee. Ranger teams regularly inspect the facilities.
Bouncy castles are not allowed
Cooking devices are not allowed
Smoke machines are not allowed

Do not leave or store items in the facility
You are responsible for locking up and ensuring the facility is secure when exiting
