About this space
The Small Business Lounge is fully equipped with modern facilities and useful extras, and is available for a variety of event needs, from meetings to workshops, and everything in between. Tastefully decorated and centrally located in Mount Hawthorn - book our beautiful space and give your next event the 'wow' factor.
Situated at the front of the building with loads of natural light, the workshop and lounge area is a unique work space with boasting exposed brick wall and tasteful furnishings, this space has comfortable seating for 10-15 people around a large table (more seating can be hired on request). Theatre style seating can also be arranged.
Free wifi and use of the large smart TV with Apple TV and adaptors is included, along with printing and scanning facilities.
Nespresso Coffee, Herbal Tea and Filtered Water are complimentary. Yelo Cafe is just across the road, and we can recommend plenty of options for catering.

Rules
The Small Business Lounge takes no responsibility for any loss, death or damage sustained while in the venue.
Any damage caused by the hirer or guests during the event will be the financial responsibility of the organiser.
All contractors operating within the venue at the request of the hirer must be approved by Management and any damage caused by those contractors in relation to the event will be the financial responsibility of the event organiser.
For large events, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. This will be advised at the time of booking.
Set up and cleaning must be completed within the booking time. Any additional time spent must be notified to us immediately so we can contact our security company and extend your time slot. Additional time will then be invoiced after the date.
