About this space
City of Kwinana sponsors a stall at The Local Farmers Market to help provide an opportunity for home-based businesses to trade.
· Marquee is set up already for vendor to use.
· City of Kwinana branded marquee with Shop Local branding
· Vendor has the option to use custom tablecloths. Tablecloths are 6ft fitted. Any table cloth that can cover the length and width of 2.5ft.
· A-frames are available if vendor has custom corflute. A-frame requires corflutes that are 600x900mm
· There is a table already set-up for you by TLFM staff.
· Additional tables must be requested in advance.
· Chairs can be made available if required.
· Each week the location of the marquee changes depending on the relevancy of what’s going on in the stall.
· Ie. It’s a Shop Local stall, it can be moved if there is something available that compliments what the vendor is offering.

Rules
Expected Arrival Time: promptly before 7.30am
· Vendor must be before the market opens before 8am
· Ready to go by 8am sharp.
Vendor Requirements: Whatever the vendor requires for promotion, sales, or engagement with TLFM customers.
Parking location and oval access and access times:
· Parking can be accessed anytime between 6.30am – 7.30am
· Oval access is available at 6.45am
· Vendor has the option to park on the oval, but can park in the school parking lot to allow to leave the venue earlier
· Cars cannot move until all pedestrians are off the oval
Booking Requirements: Whatever the vendor requires for promotion, sales, or engagement with TLFM customers.
· Must be a registered City of Kwinana business
· All food vendors have different requirements and exempt from being able to utilise this space.
· Businesses have to provide their own Public Liability Insurance as part of the booking requirements
· If vendor cannot provide adequate insurance, the booking does not get approved
· Businesses cannot be included under the City’s PLI
