William Bertram Community Centre is great for functions and parties and for holding regular community meetings or group activities in the hireable spaces.
Tuart Room ideal for children's parties and activities with children's toilets change facilities and outdoor enclosed play space with access to a fully-functional shared kitchen, foyer with comfortable lounge seating and a shared courtyard.
The Consult Room is suitable for one on one counselling or consultation and small meetings.

Rules
We recommend booking an induction to familiariase yourself with accessing the facility and operating the alarms. Should you wish to arrange for an induction to the room prior to your booking please contact the Facility Bookings Team. Viewings and inductions can be held between Monday and Fridays from 9.30am to 11.30am or 1.30pm - 3.30pm, however If these times are not suitable, please contact our office to see if an alternate time can be arranged.
With multiple spaces within the venue you are required to manage access for your guests along with other users.
Functions including parties, celebrations, community function e.g. quiz night, awards nights or high risk bookings are required to be a minimum of six hours and additional Function charge applies, if not selected at time of booking will be charged at processing, if booking time is shorter than six hours additional time will be required to be book for approval.
No adhesive substances to be used on walls, doors, windows or ceilings such as blu tak or sticky tape.
Nothing is to be fixed to walls, ceilings, windows or doors.
No pegs to be used on grounds. Please use alternatives such as water weights and sand bags.
As per our Terms and Conditions:
5.6 The following fees and charges may be deducted from the bond (at the absolute discretion of the City): additional hire time; repairs to the hired facility, equipment, surroundings; missing or damaged keys; removal of decorations or damage to walls; additional cleaning and security call outs; and multiple attempts to refund bond due to incorrect bank details in accordance with the City Schedule of Fees and Charges.
No confetti, rice, glitter, glitter shapes or balloon release within facilities.
No barbeques, candles, gas bottles, open flames, portable stoves or ovens, fireworks, kerosene or spirit type lamps, spit roasts within facilities.
No fire of any type may be lit in the surrounding grounds of any facility.
No smoke machines, bubble makers inside facilities but may be used within grounds with permission from the City, please message for approval.
Electrical equipment must be approved by City before being used, please message for approval.
Event lighting, portable bars and drink/slushy machines may only be used with permission from the City, please message for approval.
Please note that due to safety reasons, we do store cleaning chemicals on site. The hirer is required to provide their own cleaning chemicals, and first aid items then remove at the end of hire. Defibrillator located in the center foyer.

Parking is available on Hero Cres, with additional street parking on Price Parkway and Protector Way.
Please do not park on verges or footpaths.
The City encourages the use of public transport or walking or cycling instead.
