Introducing Clementine Share Place, a dynamic co-use community hub nestled in the heart of Clementine Estate, Upper Swan. This distinctive space is designed to foster connections, cultivate community spirit, and celebrate life's precious moments.
Channelling the rustic allure of the original homestead, Clementine Share Place provides a welcoming environment for a variety of activities. From workshops, meetings, and fitness classes to private celebrations and community groups like book clubs, craft circles, and mothers' groups – there's space for everyone here.
In keeping with Satterley’s dedication to fostering thriving communities, we're proud to offer this space free of charge to community groups, and at nominal rates for local businesses, government entities, and private users.

We require a bond of $100 for all casual bookings.

Availability
The Clementine Pavilion & Community Green is available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days per week.
Bookings outside of these hours may be considered, depending on the type of activity. We need to keep in mind that we are in a residential area and need to be wary of any noise generated! If you would like to use the space outside of these hours, please send us a message.
Important Restrictions of Use
The following are not permitted at Clementine Share Place or anywhere on the grounds:
Smoking/vaping
The use of confetti, rice, glitter or party poppers
Balloon releases
Marquees larger than 6x3m*
Amusement rides such as bouncy castles, animal farms and pony rides*
*Not permitted for bookings made by individuals or casual/unincorporated groups. These activities may be considered for bookings made by incorporated groups/businesses (those who hold public liability insurance only), however, this is at the discretion of Satterley.
