About this space
Hire the Patio for your next party or get-together! The Patio sits within Kwinana Adventure Park. This sheltered space features a kitchenette with a domestic fridge freezer, sink and microwave as well as BBQs and picnic benches. The Patio will comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests!
Features Standard Kitchen Includes: domestic fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, sink, and double BBQ (wheelchair accessible). Seating Area Includes: large picnic tables x 3, bench seating for up to 24 people, and space for an additional 22 self-supplied chairs (or 16 wheelchairs).
The Patio is available for hire in the following three-hour timeslots (no other times are accepted):
9am - 12pm OR 12:30pm - 3:30pm OR 4pm - 7pm (4pm - 7pm available 1 October through to 31 March) The Patio is available for hire seven days a week.

***Please note that dogs or other pets are not allowed to be in the Kwinana Adventure Playground with the exception of Support Dogs***
Please note: Basic cleaning equipment is provided; please note for the safety of our hirers, we do not leave any cleaning chemicals on site. The hirer is expected to provide cleaning chemicals and remove at the end of their booking session. First Aid Kit is not provided. Feel free to bring your own ensuring that it is taken home with you after your booking.

Rules
- Please ensure that you leave the space as tidy as it was when you arrive (cleaning charges may apply).
- Strictly no smoking
- Strictly no alcohol
- No anti-social behaviour
No adhesive substances to be used on walls, doors or ceilings such as blu tak or sticky tape.
Nothing is to be fixed to walls or doors.
No pegs to be used on grounds. Please use alternatives such as water weights and sand bags.
As per our Terms and Conditions:
5.6 The following fees and charges may be deducted from the bond (at the absolute discretion of the City): additional hire time; repairs to the hired facility, equipment, surroundings; missing or damaged keys; removal of decorations or damage to walls; additional cleaning and security call outs; and multiple attempts to refund bond due to incorrect bank details in accordance with the City Schedule of Fees and Charges.

Additional details
Parking is available directly in front of the main entrance gate off Walgreen Crescent. Street parking is also available around the Western edge of Calista Oval on Walgreen Crescent. Please do not park on verges or footpaths.
Overflow parking is available throughout the City Centre, only a two minute walk from the Adventure Park.
The City encourages the use of public transport or walking or cycling instead.
The Park is also well serviced by public transport, with buses 540, 541 and 549 stopping nearby. Please visit the Transperth website for timetables. There are ample bike racks available at the entrances to the Adventure Park.
