Location: South Beach
Free hire all year round, from 8am to 4:00pm. The Debug All Terrain Walker has four large beach wheels making it possible to use on sand.
How to Hire:
1. Complete the booking application online (alternative formats are also available on request).
2. Wait for booking approval.
3. Head to South Beach Cafe with Photo ID.
4. Have fun at the beach!
Once approval is granted please make your way to South Beach Café with a relevant booking approval and photo identification to collect the keys for the walker.
Subject to demand, the City has the right to limit the number of times hirers can book each week to ensure other users have the opportunity to hire.

Using the walker:
1. Provide proof of identification and booking approval from City of Fremantle to South Beach Café manager when picking up the key.
Lock the storage hut while using the walker (the hut may be used for storage for your other items if required).
If there is any damage or faults with the walker, please report this to the Bookings Officer.
Return the key to the South Beach Café by 4pm.

Rules
SAFTEY INSTRUCTIONS
1. If the person using the chair has severe balance or sitting problems or is prone to pressure sores, back pain or other similar conditions, please consult your Doctor before use.
2. The maximum safe weight loading is 130kg.
3. Please do not leave the walker unattended especially around the water or sloping ground.
4. The walker is not designed to move up and down stairs while loaded.
5. The walker is suitable for many surfaces including sand and some hiking paths. However please do not use the walker on uneven terrain or on steep slopes as it could tip over.
6. Please take into consideration any specific issues related to the ability of the user which may affect the use of the walker.
7. The walker is only to be used within the confines of South Beach.
