The use of party poppers or throwing of confetti/rice is not permitted.
The releasing of balloons is not permitted.
Vehicles do not access the ground.
No stay/pegs are to be used for roping of the area or for tents, which extend further than 30cm into the ground.

a. all Council buildings this includes club room facilities (except those buildings which are, or may become, subject to a lease or licence permitting the use of the building for commercial tenancy or residential occupancy);
