Our meeting room is a premium contemporary meeting space with the UXBRIDGE centre. It is stylish, warm and carpeted and benefits from lots of natural light. The space is fully equipped with AV, drop down screen, video conferencing equipment making presentations professional and easy.

This venue space is perfect for team meetings, presentations, lectures, workshops, planning days, training, team building, seminars, coaching..

It spills out into a very modern centre concourse area, welcoming customer services desk and onsite cafe.

UXBRIDGE Arts & Culture is a community arts and performance hub in the heart of Howick. With an incredible range of spaces to choose from, you’re sure to find the right fit for your event at Uxbridge. We can support everything from casual room bookings, to supporting you with full scale AV, lighting, event planning and catering.

If you’re hosting your team or customers, the foyer has plenty of room for meeting before the session and our onsite cafe can provide that all important caffeine fix.

Food & Drink

We have an onsite cafe serving delicious lunch options, or if you need to grab and go, we have super tasty counter options.

We can also specifically cater your event. We can work with you on morning tea & lunch options to suit your budget. Just message us for details.

The cafe is licensed, and we can sell your guests alcohol. Arrangements can be made for you to self cater but this should be discussed before booking the space.

Access:

The meeting room and toilets are fully wheelchair accessible.

Location & Access:

The centre is located minutes from Howick village centre. Access is at the front of the building. Howick is connected to Auckland’s CBD via bus and ferry and bus stops are located on either end of Picton Street. There are also bus connections from Manukau & South Auckland and local services within East Auckland

Part of the fun and team building can be getting everyone together on a bus or ferry from Auckland to Half Moon Bay Marina or even Pine Harbour at Beachlands – and then coach.

Parking:

UXBRIDGE shares a small car park with the Early Learning Centre, comprising 7 parking spaces (including two disabled parking spots) and a drop-off zone. You may use the drop-off zone before your class or event to drop off any materials you have and park nearby.

There is all day parking along Uxbridge Road as well as in the free car park across the road next to Bolliwood restaurant. There is also parking along Selwyn Road and The Glebe, accessible via the Selwyn Road pathway, which leads directly to the UXBRIDGE Studios.
