A welcoming community space to hold art or creative workshops, this area is air conditioned. Please note this is not an exclusive space people can walk through to get to the bathrooms located in that area.

Rates:

COMMERCIAL - $25 per hr incl GST.

We do provide discounted rates to hirers that are:

CWCB - $15 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'CWCB15' at checkout.
Intending to use charge for an activity where there is community benefit (low cost activites).

GOVERNMENT - $15 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'GOVERNMENT15' at checkout.
Government departments within Australia.

PRIVATE HIRE - $22 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'PRIVATEHIRE22' at checkout.
Private hire use by a community member which does not generate a profit & is not open to the public.

NON PROFIT - $10 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'NONPROFIT10' at checkout.
Groups that do not generate a profit from the intended hire and provide community benefit.

EDUCATION - $15 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'EDUCATION15' at checkout.
Private or state-run education institutes.
