About this space
The Function Room is perfect for large functions, fundraisers, etc complete with adjoining commercial kitchen with servery/bar area and AV capability. The room has a capacity of up to 168 people.
The Function Room is equipped with 11 banquet tables and 140 chairs; Tea and coffee nook.
The kitchen facilities include: Commercial gas range, large electric oven, large fridge and freezer, large drinks fridge in bar area, instant boiling water unit.
The audio visual facilities include: Large projector screen and projector with HDMI and bluetooth connectivity, sound, and microphone.
The facility does not provide public Wi-Fi; please ensure you bring your own HDMI cable.
Please note: This venue is not available for 16th-25th birthday celebrations.

Rules
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
Applications are to be made a minimum of 10 days prior to a booking date (exceptions made in extenuating circumstances eg wake), and no more than 12 months in advance. 16th-25th birthday celebrations require four weeks notice;
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time;
