The Fish Bowl - Upstairs Meeting Room

Please read the full Terms and Conditions before making a booking at The Brocas.

Here is a summary of the rules for this space:

• Booking for private parties will not be accepted at this Centre.

• As a youth space all the bookings within this space must be Not for Profit, Community group or Business whose sole purpose is to work with children and/or young people up to 25 years of age.

• Please leave the space as you found it:

  • clean and tidy – wipe down chairs, tables and whiteboards.

  • return furniture and equipment to its original locations and neatly stack all chairs.

• Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided and recycle where possible. Any rubbish that doesn’t fit into the bins must be taken with you.

• Ensure lights, heaters and air-conditioners are turned off.

• Ensure exit doors and any windows are securely locked.

• Children should be supervised at all times.

• Weekend and after hour hirers:

1. Keep the front door locked for the duration of your event if it cannot be adequately supervised.

2. Arrange a time to collect a key and carry out an induction.

3. A $500 bond will apply to your booking.

• Notify the Space Host if any emergencies or incidents of concern occur.
