Access Time: Access to the hall is allowed only during the booked time slot. Early access or late stay requires prior approval.
Setup Time: Ensure setup and pack-down time is included in your booking. Extra charges may apply for additional time.

Setup and Equipment:
- Furniture and Equipment: Arrange furniture and equipment as required.
- Cleaning: The hall must be left clean and tidy. All trash must be removed and equipment returned to its original place.
Conduct and Behaviour:
- Noise Levels: Maintain reasonable noise levels to avoid disturbing other users. Any amplification must be approved.
- Behaviour: All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The hirer is responsible for ensuring proper behaviour.
Restrictions:
- Food and Drink: Consumption of food and drink is restricted to designated areas unless otherwise agreed.
- Decorations: Any decorations must be approved in advance and must not cause damage to the hall.
Liability:
- Damage: The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the hall or its equipment. Costs for repairs or replacement will be charged.
