You're welcome to bring food or your own crockery etc for your session. Please leave the kitchen space as you found it. We have an assortment of tea and filter coffee available, but do not provide milk.
AV & Tech
The space has a decent number of power points and a speaker system. You can hire our projector as part of your booking, which projects onto our big white walls - please get in touch about this. Rules
All packing in and out must occur during your hire period.
Makers Space is provided ‘as is’ and does not include any technical labour, equipment (other than what is listed in the description) or parking.
Any items left in the space between hire periods must be kept in the “hirer cupboards” or stowed tidily at the far end of the space. Leaving items in the space is at the hirers own risk.
Unless otherwise agreed, the hirer will not host any members of the public (other than invited guests) during the period of their hire.
No alcohol is permitted. This is not a party space; it is a space for rehearsal. We ask that should you wish to drink alcohol that you have a fine wine or pint of beer at our Basement bar just across the way.
Please return the space to a tidy and organized fashion before leaving your hire. Remove personal belongings unless they are to be stored away, and stack chairs and reset equipment used. For hygienic purposes we ask groups to please keep the kitchenette tidy and wiped down. At the end of a booking, please send photos of the reset space to your booking thread on Spacetoco. It is a collective responsibility to ensure the space is maintained throughout the week for all of our groups to feel ready to go to work, rather than focusing on cleaning and resetting upon arrival.
