About this space

The Road & Cycle Safety Centre is a fenced unstaffed site, ideal for birthday parties. You will have full access to the mini road track with workable traffic lights, pedestrian crossings and roundabouts, Children will need to bring their own bikes or scooters with their own helmets. There is a small room with a kitchenette (bar fridge, microwave and sink) available along with toilet facilities. Two trestle tables and chairs are also available for use. You are welcome to bring your own party food, drinks and cake but we do ask that you consume this outside under the pergola please.

Rules

You will have 15 minutes grace time before and after your booked hire time.

All cyclists must wear a helmet with the straps secured correctly.
Riding is permitted on tracks only, riding is not permitted on the footpaths, grassed areas or across the islands or kerbs or under the pergola.
All furniture and equipment must be returned to the original location.
The site is to be kept clean and tidy at all times and left in the original condition it was presented.

All surfaces including tables and benches must be wiped down.
Rubbish and waste is to be disposed of appropriately using onsite bins. Any excess rubbish must be removed from the venue.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.
Pets, alcohol and smoking/vaping are not permitted.
Decorations are allowed but helium balloons must be weighted. Smoke machines are not allowed in the venue.
