This space is perfect for hosting meetings, workshops, card playing, social clubs, and presentations. It is air-conditioned and has plenty of natural light. The adjoining kitchen adds convenience, and the private garden space offers a serene environment. Wheelchair access is available.

  • I agree to leave both the interior and exterior of the premises clean and tidy after my event.

  • All rubbish must be taken home after the event. Do not use the on-site bins.

  • No unapproved alcohol consumption.

  • No pets or animals apart from guide dogs

  • No smoking inside.

  • Leave the space as you found it and clean the kitchen if used.

  • Please report all breakages.

  • For bookings spanning multiple days where the venue remains unavailable for evening or overnight use, The Danish Society reserves the right to apply an Overnight Hold Fee.

  • The booked time must include enough time to set up & clear down your event.

  • Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in an additional fee or forfeiture of my deposit.

Additional details

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 7 days before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 50% refund.
Parking and Public Transport Information

There are 28 shared car parks available for both Hall and Library guests. If there are no other bookings during your event, you’re welcome to use all the spaces, alternative if there was two groups using the venue at the same time, the car parks would need to be shared.
