The Penang Hall is small is size (42 square metres) but big in character. Tucked away in the local neighbourhood of Colonel Light Gardens adjacent to the tennis club and flowing out to shady children's playground. A popular space for casual hire functions such as children's parties, playgroup, meetings or small family gatherings.
Function Rates apply for all casual hires and include use of the building, the playground area is a shared community space and can not be booked.
Within this cute hall you will find a small kitchenette with a pie warmer, bar fridge, kettle & small urn, 2 trestle tables, 10 folding chairs & accessible toilet.
The space is approximately 6m long x 5m wide.
