Lake Leschenaultia - Small Shelter 1 (SS1)

The use of confetti, funny string or water balloons is not permitted, as it may result in injury to wildlife.

No glass is to be taken onto the sand or into the water.

To help everyone have an enjoyable experience and to keep the area safe and clean, please do not bring animals of any kind, motorized or model boats or sail boats. Please also note fishing is not permitted.

The Lake is not suitable for parties after closing time due to the lack of lighting, the negative impact it has on the campers, and the dangers swimming in the dark. People who access the park after closing times may be asked to leave.

To keep visitors, campers and staff at the lake safe during the bushfire season the Shire of Mundaring will close Lake Leschenaultia to the public if the risk of bushfire is too high. On days when the Fire Danger Rating is Extreme, or above, please check the Lake’s Facebook page before setting off to see if it is open or closed.

Dogs and other pets are prohibited at the lake.
Except where a dog is approved in writing by the Shire or are registered Assistance Dogs (an authorisation card must be carried when entering the park).

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to the booking date, a 50% refund is payable. Please contact [email protected] to organise the refund.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or less prior to the booking date, no refund is applicable.

If the Shire of Mundaring close Lake Leschenaultia, you will receive a full refund.
