Step into a bygone era as you enter Mundaring Hall. With its vintage architecture and timeless design, it's a venue that pays homage to the past while embracing the present.

Mundaring Hall is fully equipped with modern amenities to ensure your event's success. From a well-appointed kitchenette to a stage setup for performances, it's got all the conveniences you need.

Important Information

The venue can only be accessed within the times booked. Your booking time must include all set up and pack up which includes all deliveries and collections.

Any bookings finishing at midnight are allowed one hour for pack-up and cleaning free of charge until 1:00 am. All music needs to be turned off at midnight.

The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.

This venue is not available to be hired for high-risk events (including 16th, 18th, and 21st birthday parties).

Use of Kitchen

The kitchen may only be used for reheating food and no cooking is allowed on site.

600mm electric oven and four electric cooktops, range-hood, microwave oven, free standing 20-litre hot water urn, double sink, separate hand-wash basin, two island benches, and a fridge/freezer. Please Note: Hirers must supply own crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Lighting - The 6.9m x 5.2m stage has full-length curtains and an accessible lift on one side.

Accessibility - The venue has an accessible parking bay at the front of the Main Hall with a ramp for entry from Nichol Street, an electric lift to the stage, and an accessible toilet.

Toilets - Male, female, and accessible/unisex toilets are located in the foyer.

Accessible Toilet - The unisex toilet is accessible and has a baby change table with a nappy disposal.

Decorations

You are welcome to decorate the pavilion for your event. Please note pins, tape, or anything that would damage the pavilion walls is not permitted. Blu Tack is OK and has to be completely removed at the end of the booking.

You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed.

Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers outside.
