Built-in 1901, Mundaring Hall stands as a cherished historical landmark in our community. This charming venue beautifully blends its rich history with modern amenities, creating a dynamic space that's perfect for a wide range of events.
Mundaring Hall is designed to be accessible to all and is a welcoming space for everyone.
Important Information
The venue can only be accessed within the times booked. Your booking time must include all set up and pack up which includes all deliveries and collections.
Any bookings finishing at midnight are allowed one hour for pack-up and cleaning free of charge until 1:00am. All music needs to be turned off at midnight.
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.

This venue is not available to be hired for high-risk events (including 16th, 18th, and 21st birthday parties).

The kitchen may only be used for reheating food and no cooking is allowed on site.
Kitchen Facilities
600mm electric oven and four electric cooktops, range-hood, microwave oven, free standing 20-litre hot water urn, double sink, separate hand-wash basin, two island benches, and a fridge/freezer. Please Note: Hirers must supply own crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Accessibility - The venue has an accessible parking bay at the front of the Main Hall with a ramp for entry from Nichol Street, an electric lift to the stage, and an accessible toilet. The Lesser Hall has one accessible parking bay.
Toilets - Male, female, and accessible/unisex toilets are located in the foyer.
Accessible Toilet - The unisex toilet is accessible and has a baby change table with a nappy disposal.
Decorations
You are welcome to decorate the Hall for your event. Please note pins, tape, Blu Tack or anything that would damage the walls is not permitted.
You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed.
Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers outside.

Cleaning Equipment - Broom, dustpan and brush, mop, and bucket are located in the kitchenette

AED - No, however, one is located outside the library next door
