About this space
Apopo Studios' Boardroom is a comfortable, modern co-working space for people needing a place to focus or conduct the business side of creativity. The Boardroom offers 10 hot desks that are available by the hour, day, week or month. Each workstation is equipped with a power point plus USB and USB-C ports. Casual and regular coworkers can access free WIFI, tea and coffee (BYO mug). Affordable printing and copying is also available. The Rewa Room, Apopo Studios' multimedia meeting room, is housed within the Boardroom, and the Kitchen is right next door. The Boardroom's balcony is the perfect place for a breath of fresh air, phone call or change of scenery.

Rules
The Boardroom has access to the main kitchen which you're welcome to use for preparing snacks, lunch, etc. Included in the kitchen is a sink, water boiler, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. We recommend you bring your own cutlery, glassware, crockery and cooking and serving equipment. Cleaning equipment is provided. You are expected to leave your workspace, the kitchen and all food and drink preparation areas in a clean, tidy and sanitary condition after use.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on site.

Additional details
Best parking is in the Southmall Carpark (note the 3-hour limit), and it's FREE! Temporary parking for loading in/out is available in the carpark at the rear of the building.
Apopo Studios is easily accessible by bus and train, both within a 5 minute walk from the venue.
Bicycles and scooters can be accommodated on site.
