Just a short picturesque drive from the metropolitan area north of Perth, Shire of Chittering is nestled in the northern hills of the Darling Range within the beautiful Destination Perth region.
The oval offers a great space for community events, family gatherings and sports pursuits.
As part of the grounds to the Lower Chittering Hall, local community groups may be undertaking activities within the hall at the time of your booking. Should you require exclusive use of the venue without interaction from other users you will need book the Lower Chittering Hall and Oval (combined)

Rules
Dogs are permitted on the grounds but must be on a leash at all times.
Vehicle access to the oval is not permitted without prior consent from the Shire of Chittering. Please contact the Shire on 9576 4600.
No stakes or pegs to be placed in the ground without prior consultation with Shire Parks and Gardens team.
No camp fires
No disposal of hot liquids, fats or oils on the grounds.
Event holders utilising the space must ensure that they have submitted appropriate event notificiations to the Shire and bring in appropriate waste management for the event, including waste bins and additional public amenities for the expected attendance numbers of the event.
This facility can only be hired until midnight. All music must cease by 11.45pm and guests must have vacated the facilities and car parks by 01.00am.
SPECIAL EVENTS: Permission may be sought from the Shire to extend the closure time. This must be applied for 30 (thirty) days prior to the event and the Shire will provide notification to the local police. Approval will be at the discretion of the Shire.

Free venue parking onsite. Please ensure that you do not obstruct access and egress from the hall and other amenities.
