About this space
IMPORTANT NOTE - This facility is not staffed. Hirers will need to pick up a hire pack from The Seaford Community Centre within 5 days prior to their booking to allow them access to the building. If a hirer does not pick up their hire pack they will not be able to access the facility.
SpacetoCo is monitored by council staff Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Any booking requests or enquiries received outside of these hours will be responded to the following weekday.
Incredible versatile community hall perfect for all kinds of events! Booking this space gives you access to a large hall, one smaller meeting rooms, a spacious outdoor area with BBQ facilities and a nature playground.
Located at O'Sullivan Beach, this has ocean views and a fully equipped kitchen making it perfect for a range of different bookings.
There are 50 chairs and 10 trestle tables. Approx 25 glasses, 25 Mugs, crockery and a number of plates that are available to use in the hall.

Please note - Jumping castles/inflatable devices are not permitted in council facilities

You are required to have public liability insurance. If you do not upload your own public liability insurance certificate at the time of booking we will add on the $15 public liability risk administration fee when we confirm your booking (if you are eligible).

your booking includes set up and clean up time.
the facility is left in a clean and tidy state
you have the appropriate licences and permits for your event
you are mindful of noise levels and keep amplified sound to a minimum
