About this space

IMPORTANT NOTE - This facility is not staffed. Hirers will need to pick up a hire pack (keys and alarm code) in the week before their booking to allow them access to the building. If a hirer does not pick up their hire pack they will not be able to access the facility.

SpacetoCo is monitored by council staff Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Any booking requests or enquiries received outside of these hours will be responded to the following weekday.

A fantastic carpeted hall, surrounded by beautiful grassed areas and a fenced playground. An ideal space for many different uses from celebrations, playgroups, fitness classes and social meet ups.

Your booking will include use of the kitchen that comes complete with a fridge, sink, oven, microwave and a serving window.

You're welcome to use the tables and chairs stored at the facility but please ensure this is returned to where it was stored after your booking.

There are 90 chairs and 8 trestle tables (suitable to seat 8).

You are required to have public liability insurance. If you do not upload your own public liability insurance certificate at the time of booking we will add on the $15 public liability risk administration fee when we confirm your booking (if you are eligible).

Please make sure that:

your booking includes set up and clean up time.
the facility is left in a clean and tidy state
you have the appropriate licences and permits for your event
you are mindful of noise levels and keep amplified sound to a minimum
you have read our terms and conditions before placing the booking.

Some events may be require security personnel to be in attendance. Where appropriate council staff will discuss with you before confirming your booking.
