About this space
The Function Room is perfect for large functions, fundraisers, etc and can accommodate up to 200 people in standing room capacity. It features an adjoining commercial kitchen with servery/bar, AV capability, and an enclosed covered courtyard with a view to the hills.
This room has a drop down projector with HDMI connection, Bluetooth and a microphone that can be requested at time of booking.
The facility does not provide public Wi-Fi; please ensure you bring your own HDMI cable.
The room is equipped with 15 round banquet tables (1830mm); 2 trestle tables (1800 x 760mm); and 180 chairs.
This venue is not available for 16th-25th birthday celebrations.
If you would like to book the Function Room prior to 2pm on weekends for set up of the Hall only, please outline in your booking description.

Rules
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
Applications are to be made a minimum of 10 days prior to a booking date (exceptions made in extenuating circumstances eg wake) late bookings may be accepted with a $100 late application fee applied, and no more than 12 months in advance. 16th-25th birthday celebrations require four weeks notice;
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time;
