About this space
The Community Room is an ideal space for children’s’ parties and activities, as well as family gatherings with a standing capacity of 103 people. It features an adjoining enclosed, covered courtyard area, and is fully self-contained with accessible toilets and a small kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with domestic oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and instant hot water unit. The room also features a wall mounted TV with HDMI.
The facility does not provide public Wi-Fi; please ensure you bring your own HDMI cable.
PLEASE NOTE: Currently the TV and HDMI connection is not working in the Community Room. We ar elooking to get this fixed as soon as possible
There are 6 children's tables (1200 x 600mm), 36 children's chairs; and 6 standard trestle tables (1800 x 760mm); and 36 adult chairs available.
NOTE: The Air Conditioner is currently Out of Order.

Rules
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
Applications are to be made a minimum of 10 days prior to a booking date (exceptions made in extenuating circumstances eg wake) late bookings may be accepted with a $100 late application fee applied, and no more than 12 months in advance. 16th-25th birthday celebrations require four weeks notice;
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time;
