About this space
The Naldera Opal is a versatile space at Glandore Community Centre suitable for 30 people.
The space features large glass cafe doors offering delightful views of the grounds. As well as reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, projector screen and free Wi-Fi to ensure a comfortable and conducive environment for your event. Guests are required to bring their own tech equipment to meet their specific needs.
External catering is allowed, and guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages to complement their event. However, there is NO kitchen access available in this space. Please note guests must bring their own cutlery, glassware, crockery, cooking/ serving equipment and water.
There are no private toilets in this space, however access to public toilets in the grounds is available between 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.

To ensure that everyone enjoys their time with us, and to ensure all hires run smoothly, we have established some space rules. These are designed to maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests. By adhering to these space rules, we can all ensure that your hire is a success and that future guests can also enjoy our facilities.
At Glandore Community Centre:
Alcohol is permitted, please refer to the Liquor Licensing information in the Facility Terms and Conditions. Please follow the link for liquor licence information SA.GOV.AU - Apply for a liquor licence (www.sa.gov.au)
The selling of food and drink requires approval.
Prior approval is required for amplified sound or amusement structures.
Please refrain from using nails, screws, sticky tape, or tacks to fix decorations on any hard surface.
Avoid the use of free-floating balloons, confetti, and rice.
As this is a shared space and multiple hirers use this venue, we kindly ask that you take rubbish home with you to avoid overflow of bins.
Kindly maintain the venue's cleanliness and leave it as you found it ready for the next hirer and return your access card to avoid any fees.

The centre has ample parking on the grounds with two large carparks. It is also a short walk from bus stops and from the Beckman Street Tram stop that runs between Glenelg and Adelaide. Please check your public transport options for further information.
