About this space
Belmont Oval during the winter months is used for soccer with two full size ovals, including soccer goals.

Rules
- It is a requirement that if the Hirer is an incorporated body, sporting club or association of any kind, Public Liability Insurance is required and a copy of the Certificate of Currency (in the amount of ten million dollars or greater) is attached to the Application Form.
- No alcohol shall be brought into or consumed upon any portion of any facility or property except when permitted in writing by the City.
- You must leave the entire area in a clean and tidy condition.
- You must place all rubbish in bins. Excess rubbish must be removed and not left next to the rubbish bins. This is deemed as illegal dumping and the Hirer will be charged with the removal of the rubbish
- Parking of vehicles on the reserve is prohibited
- Suppliers of marquees, rides, entertainment or any equipment must provide Council a copy of their Public Liability Certificate of Currency and Engineers report on equipment being used.
- Designated areas for marquees, rides and entertainment will be advised by the City. Any damages or costs incurred from marquees, rides, entertainment or any other equipment or structures is at the responsibility of the Hirer. As the equipment is required to be pegged into the ground, ground truthing for subsurface or below ground infrastructure should be undertaken prior to pegs inserted into the ground.
- The Hirer is responsible for the conduct of persons at all times partaking in its activities on City property.
- Place all rubbish in bins. Excess rubbish must be removed and not left next to the rubbish bins. This is deemed as illegal dumping and the Hirer will be charged with the removal of the rubbish.
- All contracted suppliers (i.e. hired marquees, rides, entertainment or any equipment) used by the Hirer must provide the City with a copy of the suppliers Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency with the application form. As the equipment is required to be pegged into the ground, ground truthing for subsurface or below ground infrastructure should be undertaken prior to pegs inserted into the ground.
- Any event either a private and public event that have stalls selling foods or goods or amusement rides and entertainment such as live music, face painting will be required to fill out a public event application.
Additional details
There is limited parking on a grassed area off of Abernethy Road and street parking on Robinson Avenue.
Misuse of ACROD bays will attract a $500 Infringement. Rangers are monitoring illegal use of ACROD bays.
