About this space
The Community room has direct access to a fenced outdoor playground and is ideal for children's birthday parties and activities. With a standing capacity of 70 people this room is also suitable for workshops, celebrations, gatherings and can accommodate indoor fitness and dance classes.
PLEASE NOTE: Swings have been removed from the playground and the section has been marked as a trip hazard. There will be an upcoming renovation of softfall surface. Currently we have no ETA when the project will be completed.
The Community Room has a small kitchen and direct access to a fenced outdoor play area. The kitchen is equipped with a domestic oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. There are 7 trestle tables (1800 x 760mm) and 65 chairs; 6 children's tables (1200 x 600mm) and 30 children's chairs.

Rules
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
Applications are to be made a minimum of 10 days prior to a booking date (exceptions made in extenuating circumstances eg wake) late bookings may be accepted with a $100 late application fee applied, and no more than 12 months in advance. 16th-25th birthday celebrations require four weeks notice;
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time;
