About this space

With a standing capacity of 70 people the Community Room is an ideal space for small to medium size celebration events such as birthday parties, family or community functions; or for activities requiring a medium sized floor space.

The room has a spacious kitchen that is equipped with a servery, two domestic ovens, domestic fridge/freezer, microwave, and urn.

There are 15 trestle tables (1800 x 760mm) and 50 chairs available.

Please note: The venue is not available for 16th-25th birthday celebrations.

Rules

Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
Applications are to be made a minimum of 10 days prior to a booking date (exceptions made in extenuating circumstances eg wake) late bookings may be accepted with a $100 late application fee applied, and no more than 12 months in advance. 16th-25th birthday celebrations require four weeks notice;
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time;
