York Community Bus

Copy of current Drivers Licence to be provided - HR, MR or LR class licence required. If driver is receiving reward a Passenger Transport Driver authority is required.

BOND for the Community Bus is $200.00.

A set hire fee of $87.00 applies to all private/commercial bookings. Hire does not include a driver.

Mileage is charged at $2.17 per kilometre, to be invoiced after use and prior to return of bond.

If not you need to refuel the bus, please provide a receipt at the end of your hire.

All seats, windows and touchable surfaces to be cleaned. Floor to be swept and washed if required.

Any damage is to be reported to the Shire upon return of the vehicle keys.

A journey log sheet must be signed and completed by the driver. Start and finish kilometres are to be recorded. The mileage will be charged via invoice and the bond not returned until payment is received.

Cancellations given with less than 14 days notice will incur a 75% cancellation fee.

If the bus is left in an unreasonable condition a cleaning fee will be charged at cost + 20%.
