About this space
The Community Room is a self-contained room with own entry, kitchen, and toilet facilities; and featuring an adjoining enclosed, covered courtyard. With a capacity of up to 108 people, it is ideal for children’s’ parties, family gatherings and functions.
PLEASE NOTE - The courtyard gate is always unlocked form the inside and the handle can be reached by children, adult supervision is highly recommended when children are in the courtyard.
The room has 48 adult chairs and eight tables; 36 children's chairs and six children's tables. There is a wall mounted TV with HDMI connectivity.
The facility does not provide public Wi-Fi; please ensure you bring your own HDMI cable.
This venue is not available for 16th-25th birthday celebrations.

Applications are to be made a minimum of 10 days prior to a booking date (exceptions made in extenuating circumstances eg wake), and no more than 12 months in advance.
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time;
