The Youth Hall kitchen is a basic kitchen suitable for the preparation of premade catering, and basic catering for smaller numbers of people. The Youth hall kitchen is often used by community groups to cater from during events on the Showgrounds.

Storage of any items or ingredients may only occur during the booking time as the space may be booked and used by others.
Any equipment bought in for use must be tagged and tested, detailed in the booking and on an RCD protected power board.
The Kitchen must be cleaned and sanitised BEFORE and AFTER use.
Any equipment and utensils used must be cleaned and sanitised BEFORE and AFTER use.
Anyone cooking or serving food must be healthy and well.
Food for sale (given for money or reward such as entry fees) must be done according to the requirements of the Food Act 2008 and the Shire formally notified of the sale.
- BYO Alcohol must have the permission of the Shire for the consumption of alcohol on the premises. (Should alcohol be sold, approval or exemption from the Department of Racing and Gaming is required.)
