The Kitchen must be cleaned and sanitised BEFORE and AFTER use.
Any equipment and utensils used must be cleaned and sanitised BEFORE and AFTER use.
Anyone cooking or serving food must be healthy and well.
Food for sale (given for money or reward such as entry fees) must be done according to the requirements of the Food Act 2008 and the Shire formally notified of the sale.
- BYO Alcohol must have the permission of the Shire for the consumption of alcohol on the premises. (Should alcohol be sold, approval or exemption from the Department of Racing and Gaming is required.)
