Public Liability insurance is required for all stallholders.
Stalls supplying food must notify separately of the sale or provision of food and may need to supply their councils registration.
An accepted booking ensures your organisation is the only stallholder on the day in that location therefore maximising your organisations fundraising potential.

Rules
The Stallholder must have current and adequate public liability insurance.
The stallholder must keep any stall, stand, table or structure specified in a clean and safe condition and in good repair.
The stallholder must maintain the immediate surrounding area in a tidy manner, free from litter, both during and at the close of trading.
All stallholders selling food are required to operate in accordance with the Food Act 2008.
All stallholders must ensure that all electrical equipment has been tested, and only power-boards with overload protectors used.
All structures, stands or displays are to be installed as per the manufacturers specifications and secured adequately for wind loads.
No smoking.
No alcohol.
No anti-social behaviour.
No obstructing thoroughfare.
