Placement of Vehicles: Vans must be parked on the lawn area, keeping clear access to the front of the hall for other groups. Any additional vehicles, such as cars not attached to the food van must be parked thoughtfully in the carpark area.

Water Access: Water is accessed via a garden tap in the front garden, a removable tap key will be provided but the hirer is responsible for sourcing appropriate hose pipe to connect their van to the water. Note that there is no outdoor drain arrangements, water must be captured in drums supplied by the customer and disposed of thoughtfully.

Power Access: Power available is 2 single phase 10A sockets, both are on the same circuit and may not be suitable for large industrial cafe equipment (depending on current draw) - if you're unsure, please note this in your booking so we can discuss options with you. The hirer is responsible for supplying appropriate outdoor rated extension cord/s for their use. Note that all appliances being used on Scout premises will require a current "test and tag" certificate and our staff reserve the right to confirm compliance.

Exclusive Use: Hire of this space is non-exclusive, and hirers may be hiring the forecourt with other non-competing vans (i.e. a Food Van and separate Coffee Van) and the main hall premises are also regularly hired.

Garbage Removal: General waste, recycling and organics bins are provided. We have limited garbage removal capacity with garbage day being fortnightly. It's requested that hirers remove excess garbage at their own expense and not fill all hall bins. Excess garbage may incur an excess garbage removal fee.
