About this space
Twelve25 Youth Centre is a dedicated youth space for ages 12 to 25 years. This space is ideal for small cooking classes or alternatively local catering businesses looking for a commercial kitchen space to prepare food.
Please note:
Maximum booking of 3 hours per session.
Bookings are currently available between 13th January to 30th June 2025 free of charge. From 1st July 2025 fees and charges will apply.
This booking is for the kitchen space only. No access to other rooms will be provided unless previously booked.
No food can be stored onsite and must be removed at the end of the booking.
Some basic cooking equipment is available but we encourage hirers to bring their own cooking utensils and equipment.
All bookings (excluding training providers) require a Food Business Notification Number from the City of Salisbury. Information on how to register for this number can be located at https://www.salisbury.sa.gov.au/services/health-services/health-and-safety-requirements/food-safety-for-business
Hirers are responsible for collecting a swipe card/ key prior to your booking to self manage your access.

We do not supply cutlery, crockery and utensils. Hirers are responsible for providing their own equipment.
We do not accept bookings within 2 weeks of the booking start date.

Rules
You are responsible for setting up and packing up the venue. All furniture and equipment must be returned to its original location.
The venue is to be kept clean and tidy at all times and left in the original condition it was presented.
All surfaces including tables and benches must be wiped down. Please bring your own cleaning products.
Rubbish and waste is to be disposed of appropriately using onsite bins. Any excess rubbish must be removed from the venue.
Smoking is not allowed inside or within 6 metres of the entrance of the venue. There is a designated smoking area in the backyard.
Do not park in the permit zone car park, as this is reserved for our Wheels in Motion learner driver vehicle
If an external caterer is engaged, the Hirer must obtain a copy of the caterer’s Food Business Number (FBN) and upload their Public Liability insurance certificate. Where food is being sold (even if it is a member’s only event/ticket holder’s event or homemade food for a school fundraiser) then a Notification Form is required.
All food supplied must comply with any current local and State government legislation and advice including SA Health.

Disability parking available.
3 hour on street parking.
