Private meeting event or function space above Cafe in Ponsonby/Three Lamps Area. A true locals favourite with AllPress coffee brewed to perfection and a delicious freshly prepared menu from the cafe below, this is a space where you can feel right at home.

The room benefits from all day sunshine, wooden floors, neutral decor and flashes of greenery. You can configure the 10 small tables and one larger bench table to suit your event. There are multiple power points, free WiFi and a screen is available for presenting.

Catering:
Salta has a delicious and fresh all day menu including favourites like Avocado Smash or Creamy Mushrooms on Rye to our signature Salta Platter. For a healthy brekkie option we have our homemade Salta Granola and yummy bircher. We proudly brew allpress coffee, and have a range of other hot and cold drinks available. Our morning tea treats feature freshly baked goodies from our legendary counter selection including fluffy sweet muffins and crumbly chunky date scones. Wine & beer is also available.
For meetings over lunch (11-13pm) you need to order food for your guests. For over 10 attendees we can do a fixed price menu to suit your event. For less than 10 - you're welcome to order from our delicious all-day menu.

Salta is located in the historic 1911 Ponsonby buildings, at the heart of Three Lamps end of Ponsonby Road. The name Salta is actually the original Cafe name Atlas spelled backwards! Salta cafe has been firmly established as a locals favourite for years, especially for their renowned brunch menu, and sunny pavement seating, where you can sip your coffee and people watch as the fine folk of Ponsonby keep you entertained. Sssshh don't tell anyone, but Salta also has a secret sunny courtyard out back where you can snatch some rays while enjoying your morning brew.
Salta is on the Inner and Outer Link Bus routes - making it super easy to get to and from Britomart
Parking is paid on street and normally not too hard to come by
