Multi-purpose Meeting / IT Room - Port Pirie Regional Library

This Multi-Purpose Meeting Room / IT training space is located within the Port Pirie Public Library. The facilities are air-conditioned / heated, comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of parking nearby.

With large tables to set up the meeting space to your liking this space can be used for conferences / meetings / IT training sessions / group inductions.

We have 5 desktop computers, 2 x laptops, 1 training computer, projector, screen and speakers - this space is perfect for meetings / group training sessions / online inductions and is supported with fast internet.

Subject to availability, this space may also be available for hire as an IT training space during business hours.

This space may be available by agreement, on evenings or weekends. (with prior arrangement & subject to staffing availability - extra fees will apply).

The facilities may only be hired for events that do not adversely impact on the activities of the library. Port Pirie Council may refuse booking requests that are not appropriate to or aligned with its mission and values.

Standard facilities included within the Computer room:

• 4 large foldable tables to set up your meeting space as you choose.

• 20+ chairs.

• 7 computers with full internet access & Windows software.

• 1 facilitator computer with full internet access & Windows software.

• projector screen linked to facilitator computer for demonstration / training purposes.

• Tea/coffee and fridge facilities are available (BYO Milk).

• Access to shared toilet facilities.
