Port Pirie Regional Library - Conference Room

WELCOME - This space is available for regular, ad-hoc or once-off bookings.

A Maximum Daily rate of $165.00 is charged for bookings of 5.5hrs or more - (discounts may be available to applicable users)

The Port Pirie Library Conference Room is a private space designed for activities such as meetings, tutoring or counselling sessions and can comfortably cater for up to 20 people depending on the table and chair configuration required. The space is wheelchair accessible and there are accessible toilets / parent facilities available within the Library Centre.

Conveniently located at the rear of the Library, this room has natural light and is air-conditioned/heated for comfort. There are blinds on the glass bi-fold doors to allow for extra privacy OR the doors can be opened up to expand the space to allow for a larger group.

Located in the room there is a kitchenette with an urn, fridge and an oven available for use - Milk / Tea / Coffee / Sugar / Water are included. If you wish to use the kitchenette please select the use of the kitchenette when booking.

* Hirers can BYO food / arrange own catering - but will need to bring own cutlery, plates, cups, serviettes etc.

• Wall mounted projector and screen with VGA/HDMI connection - Please bring HDMI cable and any other required adapters.

• 5 Tables (fold-up with castors to allow flexible layout)

With prior arrangement & subject to staffing availability this space may be available after-hours (extra fees incurred).
