Equipment delivery, setup, event, clean-up, and equipment collection must all be factored into the total time reserved for the booking.

Within 15 minutes of the beginning or end of your rental period, another reservation may be scheduled. Timely departure is appreciated, as is the preservation of the property's original state.

A reminder that guests will need to bring their own dishes, glasses, cutlery, tea towels, dish detergent, sponges, wiping cloths, extra garbage bags, floor cleaner, tablecloths, cooking utensils, and cookware. If you don't have any, be ready to provide them.

The facility has a strict no-smoking policy.

No nails, screws, adhesive tape, or other devices may be used by the renter to affix decorations to any part of the building, except in those areas designated for such use by the Council.

No alterations or additions may be made to the premises or its components without the Council's prior written approval.

Inside any building, barbecues and LPG heaters are not permitted. Grills and liquid propane gas (LPG) heaters used outside should only be used by responsible adults and should be equipped with safety features like temperature controls and shutoff valves.

Alcoholic beverages may be consumed on the Premises, provided that the Hirer satisfies all legal requirements imposed by the Liquor Licensing Act of 1997. A limited Liquor Licence is required when there is a Cover Charge, Charge for Food, or Entertainment, and if Liquor is provided or BYO, as well as if alcohol is sold.
