North Perth Lesser Hall

Built in 1902, North Perth Lesser Hall is part of a beautiful heritage building with hardwood floors and high ceilings. Its warm, historical appeal makes the space perfect for birthday parties, community classes, meetings and more.

Centrally located at 24 View Street North Perth, catering for up to a max capacity of 50 people. This space includes an air-conditioned main hall with a stunning vaulted ceiling and arched windows, It also includes a second, smaller space with city views, separated by a kitchenette with oven, urn, stovetop, microwave and fridge. Restrooms are located within the main hall.

The space includes approximately 20 trestle tables and 93 black chairs available for use. No other items supplied including but not limited to cutlery, crockery, cleaning, cooking items and utensils.

The building is also home to North Perth Town Hall, which is located beside the beautiful Multicultural Gardens. Both of these spaces are available for hire and are not included in the hire of North Perth Lesser Hall.

Additional information:

• Accessibility: The main entrance is accessed via a small set of stairs. An accessible entrance is located to the side of the building and accessible toilets are located in a shared space – access must be arranged in advance by contacting [email protected]. Please be aware that the kitchen area is not fully wheelchair accessible.

• Waiver of fees: The City of Vincent may consider waiving or reducing fees for community groups or not-for-profit organisations that support the delivery of projects, programs, services or fundraising initiatives.
