Main Hall
About this space
The main hall is large in size and can accommodate up to 150 people for a stand up function, and 100 seated. It is equipped with a stage that has side wings, where sound audio are located. There is direct access from the rear of the stage into the supper room, which can double as a green room for performers and actors. (Please Note, if you require the use of the supper room, as a green room, be sure to book the whole facility, not just the main hall).
The hall has a piano on site, as well as a newly installed sound system.
Should you require the use of the sound system or piano, please let us know in the check box section, as you are filling out your booking hire form.
A large foyer at the front main entrance ensures your guests or audience members can transition smoothly into the main hall or easily access the bathrooms before coming in to find their seat.
Full Kitchen facilities including crockery and cutlery are available for use with any hall booking. The kitchen has 2 pie warmers, 2 Urns, a full fridge /freezer, oven, 2 sinks and 2 serving areas. Please be sure that the kitchen is left clean and tidy after use. This includes sweeping and mopping the floor, especially if there were spills.
The indoor bathroom facilities are clean and well-maintained, including a disability-friendly bathroom and a unisex baby changing area, all conveniently located near the main hall.
The Hall is suited for dance training groups, martial arts group training, large community meetings, performances, movie screenings, kids birthday parties, engagement parties, baby showers, Wedding receptions, Funerals and Wakes.

Cleaning
Whilst the Hall is cleaned by volunteers on a fortnightly roster, we require our hirers assistance to help keep the hall presentable, ready for the next hirer.
At the end of your booking, please replace any chairs and tables back to their right storage locations and give the floors a light sweep as you leave. Any spills or mess made during your hire can easily be cleaned up, with cleaning equipment stored in the cleaning room.
The cleaning room is located off the kitchen, and the key can be found hanging on the rear kitchen door.

Parking is available on site, and the hall is easily accessed by public transport with Bus stops located within close proximity.
